CLASSIC acrylic teeth can be used in removable dentures. As like natural ones they have fluorescent effect and anatomical shapes. to top grade highly cross-linked acrylics used for their production they characterize with enhancement of the mechanical properties are highly abrasion and impact resistance. They are offered in 19 moulds and 9 shades A1, A2, A3, A3,5, A4, B2, C2, C3, D3 from universal scale what enable using them in different prosthetic works. Round cavities in posterior teeth ensure the perfect adherence to the denture base.

Packaging:

  1. Anterior teeth:
    • individual box – 108 pcs (18 sets of 6 teeth in one shape and shade).
  2. Posterior teeth:
    • individual box – 96 pcs (12 sets of 8 teeth in one shape and shade).

Instruction, order form and mould chart

CLASSIC acrylic teeth have been designed for use in removable prosthetic dentures. The teeth consist of two layers, they have a fluorescent effect. Manufactured from highly cross-linked acrylics they have extra hardness and abrasion resistance. They are manufactured in the most popular shades of universal shade guide A1-D4. A range of moulds which are offered enables making dentures to meet different patient's demands. In order to ensure a good bonding of a tooth to the denture base posterior teeth have a round cavity. CLASSIC teeth meet the requirements of the international standards EN ISO 22112 and EN ISO 7491. They are denominated by CE mark and registered in the Register of Medical Devices. There is a potential hazard, however, in breathing in the dust by the technician during grinding or polishing work. It is therefore recommended that a suitable extraction system is used and a dust mask worn during such work.

The manufacturer recommends that the following guidelines be included among the instructions for the patient:

  • acrylic teeth dentures should be cleaned with a tooth brush using an ordinary tooth paste or other substances specially formulated for denture cleansing,
  • Damaged dentures should only be repaired by a suitably qualified person (dentist, dental technician or a denturist).
  • In order to avoid any damage to its surface dentures should not be immersed in any strongly alkaline or acidic substances.
  • Patients are advised to have their prosthetic dentures checked periodically by a dentist.
